Focus on design and the owner’s vision for the project makes us a “project centric” construction service provider meaning that nothing is more important than the success of the project. “Project Centric” management extends beyond the numbers of cost per square foot, return on investment, etc. and into the realm of the intangible. While cost control and return on investment are important factors in every project, Sim Isaac Construction considers these rudimentary services and seeks to transcend basic needs and offer those intangible services that only can be provided by complete focus on the project goals and the owner’s aspirations for their project.
